These terms apply to the Dachi Nails & Spa text messaging program operated by DACHI BEAUTY LLC dba Dachi Nails & Spa, 1405 NE Broadway St, Portland, OR 97232, (971) 407-7507.

1. Program description

Dachi Nails & Spa has two separate, optional text programs. Appointment texts: confirmations and reminders for appointments you book (up to 3 msgs per appointment). Marketing texts: promotions, special offers, loyalty point updates and birthday rewards (up to 4 msgs/month). You choose each one separately.

2. How to opt in

On our online booking form at dachinails.com/book-appointment there are two separate checkboxes, both optional and unchecked by default. You can book without checking either one, and checking one does not sign you up for the other. You can also agree in person at the front desk.

Checkbox 1 reads: "Appointment texts (optional): I agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from Dachi Nails & Spa at the phone number provided. Up to 3 msgs per appointment. Carrier msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Checkbox 2 reads: "Marketing texts (optional): I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (promotions, special offers, loyalty and birthday rewards) from Dachi Nails & Spa at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Up to 4 msgs/month. Carrier msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing consent is collected only through its own checkbox and is never combined with any other consent.

3. Message frequency and cost

Appointment texts: up to 3 msgs per appointment. Marketing texts: up to 4 msgs/month. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
